Complete Service Records All of your service records are kept on our safe and secure server as well as in a project folder at your home/business. This will make it easily for you to access for warranty, to provide if you are selling your home, or to check service/maintenance records.

Efficiency and Safety Program

Our Safety and Efficiency program is crafted to ensure the proper maintenance of your heating and air conditioning equipment. Regular maintenance is essential for prolonging the lifespan of your equipment and mitigating the impact of high utility costs.

Maintenance sessions will be arranged within DR HVAC Inc’s regular working hours, from 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. For scheduling outside these hours or on weekends, an additional charge will apply.

All scheduling details will be coordinated through DR HVAC Inc’s office operations.

It’s important to note that this agreement does not cover parts or labor required for repairs identified during the scheduled maintenance. Any necessary repairs will be communicated to you for approval before commencement of the repair work.

  We had our 6-month furnace check, and the unit needed to be replaced.  We were leaving town at the end of the week, and I contacted 4 HVAC companies for bids.   We contacted Dr HVAC for routine maintenance (tuneup+safety checks) of our furnace units and were really impressed with how the visit went.  Amine was so thorough at checking the furnace operation and testing safety functions, and I appreciated how he explained what he was doing and how the furnace works.  I kind of regret not having someone check the furnaces sooner (house was new construction 4 years ago, so we kept putting it off); we were shocked when Amine found an entire hvac manual crammed up next to one of the blower motors (we knew we were missing a manual, but never dreamed that the builder/installer left it inside the furnace), and he also tightened some loose wiring and adjusted the position of a blower to reduce vibrations.  Good pricing for quality honest work, would definitely go back to them in the future for hvac service!
